Psychology Postdoctoral Fellow (see PDF for more details )
Experience:
-
Doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA accredited academic institution prior to starting along with all degree requirements (e.g. predoctoral internship, dissertation, graduation, etc.).

Eligibility for and intention to pursue licensure as a psychologist in the State of Illinois
Responsibilities:
-
Commit to and complete at least 50 weeks (2000 hours) of clinical training experience
-
Provide at least 24 hours/week of direct service to clients (e.g. psychotherapy and testing)
-
Provide 2 hours/week of supplemental supervision and training for practicum students
-
Participate in program evaluation and development as well as leadership opportunities
-
Complete and submit all documentation and billing in a professional, and timely manner
Compensation:
-
Split Fee for Services, with the possibility for a promotion at the end of clinical training year
-
BCBS PPO Healthcare Insurance or Healthcare Insurance Premium Reimbursement Plan
-
2 weeks of paid time off to be used as needed/desired over the course of the training year
Intermediate/Advanced Therapy Externship
Responsibilities:
-
Commit to and complete at least 40 weeks (800 hours) of clinical training experience

Provide at least 12 hrs/week of direct service to clients (e.g. psychotherapy and testing)

Engage in individual supervision for 2 hrs/week and group supervision for 2 hrs/week
-
Participate in 2 performance evaluations during the course of the clinical training year

Provide at least 1 clinical training presentation in group supervision during training year

Complete and submit all documentation and billing in a professional, and timely manner

Actively seek out clinical supervision and guidance as it relates to urgent clinical matters
