Micah Ndackson is a Nigerian-born counselor-in-training who brings a lifelong passion for encouraging and empowering others. With decades of experience as a coach and mentor across diverse settings, he offers a grounded, compassionate presence to individuals seeking growth and clarity. Micah is completing his graduate training in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Moody Theological Seminary, where his natural helping abilities have been shaped into a professional, collaborative counseling practice.
At Tenacity Psychological Services, he works with children, adolescents, young and older adults. His approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, partnering with clients to explore how thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and experiences influence one another—and how meaningful change can unfold. Micah values balance and spiritual grounding, often found on long walks reflecting on Scripture and personal insights. He and his wife enjoy taking regular getaways to rest, reconnect, and recharge.
